Eligibility for Scholarship

* Applicant's home district must be Narsingdi.
* Students must be in the field of Medicine, Engineering, Architecture, Agricultural Science, Business Management and Other Allied Technical Subjects.
* Private University/Institution’s students are not eligible. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
* Only Graduate students are eligible for scholarship, SSC/HSC students are not eligible.

How To Submit New Scholarship Application

Please avoid using mobile phone, use computer or laptop instead. Students should fill-up the applicant Name, University/Institute Name, Faculty and Group Name according to Certificate. Any spelling mistake will disqualify the applicant's application. Do not write in bangla. Carefully read the full FAQ page instruction for application submission process. Picture must be as like as passport type picture, not full body or different type of angle of view.

1. Applicant's must register and fill all data on our website.
2. If your application is granted for evaluation, a notification will be sent to your email address with a login ID and Password.
3. Now, you must log-in to our site with your login-ID and Password which would have been sent to your email address earlier. You must change your password here.
4. After changing the password, please log-out and log-in again with your new password. Print the application form in color.
5. After printing the “Application Form”, get it signed from your University/College/Institute, with a seal, name and contact number.
6. Enclosed below documents with the application form.

    * NID/Birth Certificate and Student ID card photocopy (Both Side if any).
    * Chairman’s certificate (Original) stating therein the permanent address of the applicant.
    * All previous Exams/Degree’s Marks Sheet (Photocopy) and 1 (one) copy of Lab Printed P.P. size photo.

Finally, send all papers to our Trust address (mentioned in the application form header) via "Sundarban Courier Service" for further evaluation process. We encourage to use pvc yellow packet.

Only for Scholarship Renewal Process

1. To renew the old student scholarship application, after logging in to dashboard, click on the Renew Button.
2. Then fill in the current semester/year and the mark/grade/cgp obtained in Present Educational Status Field. If your semister examination has not been completed or have no GRADE/GPA/CGP system please fill the GRADE/GPA/CGP field as "0".
3. There is a field named "Note" you may left it blank or if your semester examination has not been completed yet write it there with mentioned clause.
4. After updating the information, go to dashboard and at the right hand side you will see "DownLoad Renew Form", download the renewal application form and print (color) the form and fill in the name, mobile number, seal and signature by the college/university/institute authorities.
5. The form and (attested) photocopy of the certificate of the passed semester (if applicable) should be sent to the address of the trust by Sundarban Courier.
6. Remember you should not have to send any other papers as before which we required for the first time scholarship application.

* We are not responsible for any undelivered application.
* The Trust authority reserves the rights to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason in any time.
* All correspondence will be made by email ( Please wait for the reply, do not repeat the email, Any reasonable issue will be responded to.
* After the evaluation process, the final selected candidate will be notified via email only. Please keep your email account active.
* Final selected students must have their own bank account, by matching with their certificate name/NID.
* Final selected students need below information of the bank account to be filled-up into our website.

    * Bank Account Name,
    * Bank Account Number,
    * Bank Name,
    * Branch Name,
    * Routing Number

* Change/Update/Edit of e-mail address and mobile number is not possible.
* Unresponsive final selected students scholarships will be automatically cancelled after the deadline.
* Non-selected students' login will be automatically disabled after the final selection process.
